No. A worker with a smartphone checks in on their own phone, with nothing to install. A worker without one checks in on a shared site phone, like the foreman’s, by typing their Timio ID. Own-phone check-ins give the strongest proof, because the fingerprint and GPS belong to that worker.

Yes. If the network drops at the moment of check-in, the phone saves it and sends it once signal returns. The phone needs to have opened the check-in page once while online.

Yes. Premium includes 3 GPS-checked sites on one dashboard, each with its own QR code. You can add more sites for a one-time fee.

Turn on the GPS check and a worker has to be physically at the site to check in. Every check-in records the time. Workers can also use the fingerprint on their own phone. You can limit each phone to one worker, so one person cannot check in the whole crew from their phone.

Yes. Basic and Premium export attendance to a spreadsheet for any date range. Premium also has payroll reports: set a daily or monthly rate per role and it works out what each worker earned from their attendance.
